Small cafe needs a registered building surveyor to provide official documentation stating maximum patron capacity. architectural plans scale 1:100 already done. for some reason my architect isn't allowed to provide the calculation, even though the formula is given..1 patron per .75 suare metres. no silly expensive quotes please. i know how little work is needed on it. much appreciated.
