Inner city 100 year old house on small block needs renovation. The following scope of works must be included in your quotation:
1. Re-stumping of the house approx 80sqm on land of 120sqm
2. Ensure the whole house in on one flat level with adequate space below house for air circulation
3. Replacement of floorboards
4. Centralise bathroom with new bathroom
5. Create an open plan living and dining room
6. Create kitchen and island bench
7. Re-plaster walls
8. Removal of about 5m x 5m concrete from 8. backyard
9. Replace old weatherboards with new weatherboards
10. Relax. All done
Full plans will be available to successful bidder
All you will have to do is follow the plans and straight forward documentation I have laid out. I have tried to make it as easy as possible for the builder to work through. Can't wait to upgrade this slum I am living in well not that bad but almost!
