We require houseplans for Knox City Council and builders for a one story extension to the back of the house. We are looking to add a bedroom, rumpus room, and bathroom (depending upon cost). Approximately 10 metres (wide) by 5 metres deep). The current house is a one story weatherboard, ceramic tile roof. Current windows, doors and insulation to be completed as well, inline with new regulations.
