We have a clear level block at palm beach that is 10m wide x 40m deep that we would like to build on.
2 options we have considered are a 3 storey design each seperate from the other, suitable for holiday letting with a minimum 2 bedrooms on each of the 3 levels.
the other option is a 2 storey, dual living house completely seperate from each other, with a self contained parents retreat at the back of the block.
we need someone who will be creative and assist us in getting the most out of our narrow block opposite the beach.
