I wish to extend my existing three bedroom brick veneer standalone house. Block is approx. 870m2 on a slight downward slope. Approx. only one foot drop where extension is planned. ACT Planning authority has verbally stated that 6 meters from council boundary is required. This also is confirmed on the ACT Planning Management website. The proposed extension will be approx. 9 meters from council boundary. Approx. size of extension is 24m2. Additionally, I wish to include in the existing master bedroom, where extension is proposed, an ensuite.
