A client in healesville is wanting a revamp/reworking of their gallery/house which consists of 3 levels. we have complete a site inspection, done the geotech reports and structural reports, designed the plans with the client which are at the end phase of sketch design for the client but unfortunatley due to unforseen circumstances we are not able to complete the job as our pi insurance we no longer have. i have only put in a estimated budget but we are able to discuss that figure.
