My partner and I are looking to buy a specific block in Eltham at the Dullaiwurrong Village. It is 18m wide and only 15m deep at one end (the opposite end is just under 7m deep). I am having trouble finding any home designs which could suit this size and shape block, and we are restricted to a total build size of 173sqm. We are open to double story also. Our budget is up to $175,000. Is there anything you may be able to help us with which fits into all of these catagories?
