I have a 3 bedroom house on a 1200m2 block of land, and I would like to put 3 townhouses on the block. Possibly splitting the house that's there into 2 and extending both ends, then building a standalone townhouse at the back. I need to get plans drawn up for the block and ideas and plans for the townhouses.
