Required is full design and specifications for a home consisting of 3 bedrooms + study, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas (one to be a media room), double garage with workshop area. Preferably single storey, but double storey/split level will be considered if needed to gain council approval. Land size is 4338sqm in Olinda Victoria. Design should not be any wider than 11m or so as this is the available cleared/excavated area, length is not so much an issue. Feature and level survey from April 2009 available if required, geotechnical report from 1997 available also. If any further information is required to quote please feel free to ask.
