we just have reserved a block of land and have intentions to build our own double story house. We want to do it as an owner builder project.downstairs we desire to have a theater room with big kitchen and open space living area plus a walk in pantry (butler kitchen)with additional gas hotplates and sink. Powder room and big laundry + walk in linen robe. Slightly covered outdoor area. Upstairs we would have 3 bedrooms plus big master bedroom all with walk in robes and bathrooms. The size of the house approx. 40 to 45 squares.
