I require an Architect to draw plans for renovations to be done on exisiting house. The drawing would need to be done based on our specific requirements as they will be used by the builder and be submitted to council. This would involve knocking down a wall in order to combine the family room, dinning as well as the kitchen. Also closing off a room, and making exiting bathroom bigger, as well as re-arranging some of the exisiting windows.
