we are looking to build a duplex in the ryde council area. total land size is approx 621sqm and each building will be approx 190-200sqm (gross).
we have a rough sketch of the floor plan we would like and need a draftsperson/architect to take us through further through a further design and advice process, to drawing the full plans, assisting with all relevant reports, and right through to council approval.
we should be ok with the fsr and all setbacks.
would prefer someone who knows the ins and outs of ryde council and has worked with them before.
also, a mention of the standard costs upfront would be beneficial.
