We are seeking drafting and structural engineering services to remove two internal walls. Our aim is to increase usable space in our small apartment, provide open plan living on a small budget. We are owners of a ground floor unit in a 3 storey, double brick, 70's apartment block. We are seeking basic plans and certificates for presentation to Stonnington Council and then to builders to complete the demolishion. This is a small job with budget and compliance is of primary concern. (Draft plan attached).
