I'm wanting plans drawn up to renovate the top floor of our house & complete renovations on our bottom floor. The top floor will involve relocating the existing kitchen, removing or opening existing walls, adding a wrap around deck/verandah incorporating stairs to the backyard. Would also be looking at modifications to main bathroom, windows etc to modernize a 70's house & open up the view to backyard & surrounding bush land.
