We are planning to renovate and extend our 2 story home in Rozelle and would like to talk to interested architects about the services they can provide.
The 4 bedroom weatherboard home is estimated at 120 years old set on ~270 m2 block and livable however we are a growing family with 3 young children and wish to extend existing living space, add a second living space, new and larger bkitchen and bathroom and internalise access to lower floor (currently seperate access).
We are looking for a practical and affordable design to maximise space.
