Looking for an architect that is intimate with the policies and culture of Bankstown City Council for a challenging project.
DA for a duplex project is required where the lot size is slightly smaller than allowed by the DCP - so the architect taking on this job should have a track record of successful applications with exceptions/variations.
I'd like to see previous project(s) of similar type as well.
