Would like plans for a balcony/verandah Need them ready to hand into banyule council with specifications Approx dimensions 12 m x 4 m , 3-4 metres off the ground Screened on long 12m side Would like to start plans mid to late january Balcony to come off existing balcony.Be built as owner builder so I would need to be able to follow the plans ie timber specific, fixing , footings, and spacing.
Prefer person to come and inspect
Stairs on photo are getting removed new stairs put in with balcony
