We are looking to build a duplex in the ryde council area. Total land size is approx 600sqm and is a corner block.
We would like and need a draftsperson/architect to take us through further through a further design and advice process, to drawing the full plans, assisting with all relevant reports, and right through to council approval.
would prefer someone who knows the ins and outs of ryde council and has worked with them before.
also, a mention of the Costs upfront would be beneficial.
