Hi,
I live in a one bedroom flat in South Yarra. It is in a block of flats, and my flat is on the top story. The flat has a flat iron roof.
I am looking to knock down an interior wall between the Kitchen and Lounge Room. The wall is brick.
I have identified that this wall is load bearing.
I need someone who can inspect my flat and provide written advice on what type of beam I need to install to take the weight of the existing beams.
I do not need anyone to undertake the actual installation of beam or knock down the wall.
I would like an initial quote on how much this service would cost.
