The igniter glows red but the oven does not light. this same problem has occurred 3 times before and each time was repaired by westinghouse/electrolux themselves. it seems to happen every 1.5 to 2 years. is there a more permanent cure? or are these ovens just "lemons"? we have 2 elgas bottles which they keep topped up with a bulk gas tanker. we also have a gas cook-top and large heater both of which work perfectly. (we normally try to use the oven without the other gas appliances being turned on at all but this makes no difference to the lack of ignition problem).
