Westinghouse gas oven - no gas reaching oven burner or griller

Gas is not getting to oven burner or griller - however gas supply is fine past the regulator - the line from the regulator to the two burners for the over and grill seems to be blocked? The oven is about 15 years old and is labelled Westinghouse Terriyaki - is fan forced as well. Have matching separate gas cooktop - gas working just fine- coming off same gas line but branches off before the regulator to the oven. Also the digital clock/timer dial pretty much never worked and just has blinked on and off for about ten years....but priority is the gas supply to the oven.
