I have a samsung front loader washing machine and when you place clothes in the washing machine it doesn't spin and drain the clothes so when the load is finished the clothes are still exteremly wet. I think its the washing machine sliver thing inside the washing machine is either broken or something is lose, At this stage I need a quote on how much that will be and if there is a call out fee etc etc
