Basically the treadmill was running fine, then a e1 error came up on the screen, which means speed feedback equipment err (from the manual)
the brand is vibelife and model 7117.
it is still in warrenty but we can't seem to get a hold of the company.
so, i was wondering if there is anyone close to our address to come up and have a look. maybe there is a lose connection????
