Treadmill incline motor not engaging

Spirit fold-away treadmill. Uses incline motor as part of storage routine. Incline motor was erratic -- constantly adjusting -- and non-responsive to commands or inconsitently responsive. Replaced potentiometer. Worked briefly, but now not responding at all. LED on circuit board lights-up following command, along with audible click. Has electric incline motor with start/run capacitor. Had capacitor checked and indicates all OK. Resistance on incline motor tests OK (Resistance on each winding is roughly similar and is half total resistance). I have full wiring diagrams. Need someone better than I am at electric/electronic troubleshooting.
