I had a mate, who installs air-conditioners take a look at it, and after I shared, that it is relatively less then 6 months old and originally had a 3 year guarantee left on it. I shared that it makes a rattling noise, where after his diagnosis, he said it just needed a new fan, but the right sized fan.
