Strange noise when doing spin cycle and water leaking from machine

Trevor requested 2 quotes from Appliance Repairmen in Bellbowrie

The washing machine is a LG 8.5 KG Top Loader model number WT-R852 aounrd 5 years of age.

When selecting a warm cycle the hot water does not seem to enter the machine but escapes onto the floor.

When using purely cold water now there seems to be a strange noise when it is going through the spin cycle, and the drum does not spin.
On inspection with the back plate off something (plastic) has punctured the hose at the bottom of the drum which makes it leak water also.

Very unprofessional. The guy never turned up and didnt even bothered to ring to advise wont be coming until 1.5 hours after they were supposed to be at the job (rang at 9.30 at night). Gave them a second chance and rebooked for the next day and the guy was 50mins late again, no phone call to say was running late either especially when we were told we were the first job of the morning. Definately would not recommend. The guy also needs to use more deodorant.
