Stirling dryer is blowing and spinning but not heating

I have a dryer from ALDI that is not heating. This has happened before and was repaired by opening up the dryer and flicking a switch. It is caused by a thermostat blocking the heating due to fluff inside the unit. I don't know where the switch is so need help.
