we have a smeg rangehood that needs one of the lights fixed and the fan is no longer working - unit is approximately 15 years old.

Came when they said they would, fixed light and had to wait for a part to fix fan to come. Came back to install fan part (came again when they said they would). All fixed and working. Was not told in advance that we would need to pay for a compliance certificate which was an extra $30 - would have been better to have told us beforehand so you are aware of all costs upfront.
