Smeg Electric Doule Oven Not Working

Smeg Electric Double Oven SA440X - Digital Display no longer lights up when power is supplied to oven. Top oven does not heat up (heating light stays off) but fan does run when temperature dial is turned up. Bottom oven seems to heat OK.
Oven light needs replacing also.
