i require someone to replace the pipe that runs around the bottom of the dishwasher, i think it heats the water. i moved in recently and the dishwasher kept flicking the safety switch. on closer inspection the bottom was filled with water (i have no idea how long for as the place was vacant when i first inspected) and the pipe is rusted. i have cleaned the water out but it is still broken. would love someone to fix asap.
the apartment building is only 3 years old, so the appliance is quite modern.
landlord has asked for the invoice to be sent to his work, where it will receive prompt payment as his PA has been informed to do so. though if this causes a problem, i am happy to pay and be reimbursed from him.
i didn't know which budget number to pick as i have no idea how much this will cost.
Any help would be great.
