I have a smeg dishwasher which I inherited with the apartment. I don't know the model number but it has a rotary dial with four wash cycle choices.
The dishwasher stopped mid cycle and got overheated. It did sound like it was still running. When looking inside, it was hot but there was no water inside. I tried to restart it and could hear the water in the pipes, but there was no water in the machine. In the cupboard next to the dishwasher I could smell a faint burning smell.
