Simspon Espirit 450 top load wash machine 'stuck' - won't start.

Machine will turn on, but nothing will happen. Making a slight buzzing noise, as if 'stuck'. It used to happen right before the rinse cycle, so we just clicked it over. But now it is happening at the very beginning, so the machine won't start at all. First time use of this site, so only learning how it all works. Need someone to visit house, but only available 7-8am weekdays, or Thursday 8th april anytime until 11 45 am.
