Simpson EziSET Dishwasher - Doesn't stop, stuck part way through cycle

Its a Simpson EziSET 52B850, about 4 years old. The dishwasher gets about 10 minutes into the cycle and doesn't continue any further. It keeps making the right noises and water is running, but the dial is stuck at the same place. Stopped working about 2 years ago, haven't used it since but it is still connected.
