My tenant has recently complained that the oven at the property is not getting hot enough. eg. if she wants to cook something at 240 degrees it is not heating up to that temperature, more like 150 degrees, so its taking longer to cook food etc. if possible i am looking for no call out fee but if the job is small then i am not fussed.
