Machine gets to 9 minutes ( to end) and flashes up 'ue' error message. i can then pause the load, and get it to start again. but when it gets to 7 minutes, it stops completely will not restart without turning the machine off and on again. the machine is approx 5-6 years old. no prior history of problems

We did not get the work done, as I resolved the problem myself. however Byron wa upfront about the there being no need for him to service the machine as it is unecessary, and a waste of money.
