There are two ovens in this unit (they are electric- the cooktop is gas) . The left side (fan forced) requires a new seal and repairs to the hinges as we are currently using an ocky strap to keep it closed. We also need one new knob for the stove if that can be sourced - these are detachable so we currently shift the knob to the particular part of the unit we are using.
Of most concern though is the RH side "roasting" oven. This oven can no longer be used as it trips the RCD when turned on. This last problem has only occurred recently. We have lived in this house for about 9 years. I expect the oven has been in place for about 15 years. Given it's age I suspect the seal on the roasting may also require replacement although it doesn't have a noticeable break like the LHS one does.
