Our Whirlpool WF665 washing machine does not wash well. We noticed that the drum only oscillates rather than rotating during wash and rinse. It rotates normally during spinning (fast/long spin). We wish to have a quote for repairing and if reasonable (i.e. rather than buy a new one) do the work. Thanks. Regards
