The NEC washing machine is about 15 years old, both the drum motor and the water pump are working fine. Also the control cycles are working fine. Only thing that does not happen is when motor runs the drum does not rotate. Looks like transmission problem. I have checked the belt and it is fine. I removed the pulley and let the motor run on its own, it runs fast and good.
