I would like to inquire about your treadmill services. Currently one of the treadmill’s belt is damaged at our day therapy centre and needs to be fixed. The model is Sports Art 6300. Before I can book a service from you, I would need a quote to be approved by management. That will include your call out fees, hourly rate as well as the approx. cost of the treadmill belt.
The belt’s approximate measurements are: 0.51m width and 3.20m length. The belt is no longer adhered from both ends and have fallen off the hard surface.
