Repair the Speed and Incline buttons on my Treadmill Console

The treadmill runs perfectly fine, however, only the start/stop button, and mode button works effectively. The only time that the speed button will work is when cycling through the modes, even then it's only the '- speed' and not the '+ speed.' When selecting the Quick Start option, the treadmill runs, but will not increase speed or incline when the buttons are pressed. Not sure if the console is faulty, or if its just stuck in a particular mode setting.
The model is 'Action Sports - Stealth Treadmill'
