Repair St George Gas Oven. Low flame & turns off

The gas oven flame is low and often turns off. Can not adjust the temperature in the oven. The oven has a seperate grill section which works well. Also the peizo starter does not work in both the oven and grill. I also have a Gas cooktop which has what appears to be a "locked" or jambed knob ie it does not turn at all.
