My washing machine is a front loader LG WD14700RD. When the washing machine is on a spin cycle, although it works, it makes a lot of very unusual, loud mechanical noises as if metal is clanging onto something else. This request is not urgent but I will need to coordinate access to the building and time off from the office. FYI, I will be at home on Monday 21 November.
