A warning to everyone out there, this business is more of a rip off than anything. I was told a call out charge of $69 including the first 15 minutes (in the bill I got charged 95$ plus GST). They do not give you the bill on the spot and will send it after a week; so if you havent logged the in and out time for the person (which I didn't assuming honest local business!), they will charge you more than that; I got charge for an additional 30 minutes. The bill you get is a lump sum, they do not give the break down, I requested for it seperately and they couldn't explain the charge of $95, initially they said this charge is $69 call out and $24 for first 15 minutes, when I pointed out that $69+$24=$93 and not $95, the lady tried to make a BS excuse, at which stage I was fed up and understood that they will charge me one way or the other, so unfortunately had to pay! I would personally never be going back to this business for any of my plumbing/electrical needs; I may be an unlucky one as well; so please read all reviews before you contact these money sucking business!
