Very poor response from your service companies. Just one cared to ring to make an appointment to check the job but didn't show up so I rang him again then the next day he texted me that his call out fees will be about $80 and he does not carry parts for tread mills which means he will have to come back with the parts to repair it, that is if he can find the parts. Very unreliable, didn't even bother to call me to let me know that he was not coming.
