Same-Day Service - DNC
Work has not been completed - incorrect part was installed and machine is NOT operable. Waiting on advice when they will have correct part and return to install. 22/1 Same-day Service have persevered and returned with another (same) part and manually modified the part to stop the friction with the drum of the machine. Single item of clothing washed and no leaking from front door. Problem thought to be fixed. However when a full load of bath towels (full weight load) was washed the machine is leaking from underneath. Time to cut my losses and get a new machine 10 points for returning 3 times to try and rectify the problem
