Repair my front loader fisher and paykel quick smart washing machine.

The door of the front loader remains locked when the cycle has finished. I then have to open the pump outlet hose and let it drain before the door will unlock, therefore water goes everywhere. The hose has not gotten stuck inside so water comes out from the bottom as well.
