I am no expert with these machines, however what seem to be happening is that as soon as we start it (we always use Normal Mode), it immediately commences the first step of loading/filling water, then just goes into a neutral machine status (you can tell the engine is running, but nothing is happening).
We've tried moving the timer a bit forward in attempt to push it into the next stage, however it seems like it just goes through the whole process above again.
Keep in mind that it did work randomly a couple of times, but recently we've stopped using it since the error kept occurring.
