Repair my BEKO WMB 651441 L Washing Machine.

When set to a: Daily/Quick 40 degree wash, and after having pressed the "go" button. The machine appears to attempt to fill for 10 seconds only, then it sounds like it drains the tub of any water that may have gotten into it. This same procedure continues (without the drum ever revolving) until the 38 min cycle is completed, which is when the door can be opened again. So basically, it has stopped filling, draining & the drum revolving correctly for a Daily/Quick 40 degree wash.
I'd best mention that I have also left you a phone message about the same issue.
