Stuck in an end cycle and wont finish.
Originally wouldnt start its cycle correctly, so my partner went to push the stop cycle back to start program and then proceeded to get stuck in the end cycle, over and over again.
Even after turning off, unplugging from wall and reconnecting then turning back on it proceeds to be stuck in exactly the same point.
