my panasonic viera th-p50v20a plasma tv will not turn on. it was working fine and then i tried to turn it back on using the remote and it doesn't come on. i put new batteries in the remote so that definitely isn't the problem. the tv flashes red 4 times then pauses for a couple of seconds then flashes red 4 times again. this then continues on.
